Introduction
Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., established in April 2011, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd. It is a large chemical enterprise primarily focused on energy and chemical production, engaged in the mining and sales of chemical fertilizers and chemical products such as urea, compound fertilizers, drip irrigation fertilizers, melamine, synthetic ammonia, as well as coal. The company oversees Manas County Tianxin Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Aksu Xinlianxin Compound Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Located at the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains in the Taxihe Industrial Park, Manas County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, the company is situated south of the Northern Xinjiang Railway and north of the Lianhuo Expressway and National Highway 312, adjacent to the Letuyi International Railway Logistics Park. It is 120 kilometers east of Urumqi, 90 kilometers from Changji City, and 30 kilometers west of Shihezi City, offering convenient transportation. The company occupies an area of approximately 64.4 hectares, featuring a garden-style factory with lush trees and a beautiful environment. The first-phase project involved an investment of 2.75 billion RMB to construct the "28?48" chemical project, which includes an annual production capacity of 280,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 480,000 tons of urea, 100,000 tons of melamine, and 150,000 tons of compound fertilizers. The urea project utilizes advanced coal-water slurry gasification technology for fertilizer production and successfully commenced operations on August 3, 2015. The melamine project employs Eurotech's fourth-generation high-pressure non-catalytic technology and successfully started production on August 31, 2016. Since its establishment in Xinjiang, the company has received numerous honors. In June 2015, the company's Party branch was recognized as an "Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization" by the CPC Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Committee. In April 2016, it was awarded the "May Day Labor Certificate" by the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Trade Union. In June 2016, General Manager Zhang Qingjin was named "Outstanding Communist Party Member for Ethnic Unity and Progress in the Autonomous Region" by the CPC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Committee. In July 2016, the company's "28·48 Project" was awarded the "2016 National Chemical Industry High-Quality Engineering Prize" by the National Chemical Engineering Construction Quality Award Evaluation Committee. On August 22, 2016, it was listed as one of the fourth batch of pilot units for circular economy in the industrial sector of the Autonomous Region. In October 2016, the company was recognized as a "Trustworthy Water-Soluble Fertilizer Enterprise" by the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association. On November 10, 2016, it was designated as a regional-level enterprise technology center in the 21st batch, as per notice Xin Jing Xin Ke Zhuang [2016] No. 573. On November 22, 2016, it passed the environmental protection acceptance inspection by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Department of Environmental Protection. In December 2016, it was granted the title of "High-Tech Enterprise." In February 2017, Xinlianxin urea was awarded the title of "Xinjiang Famous Brand Product." In September 2017, the company obtained triple system certification. In June 2018, the melamine workshop was awarded the "Workers' Pioneer Team" title by the Autonomous Region. In July 2018, the company was recognized as an "Autonomous Region Green Factory." In November 2018, it received the "National Green Factory" title and the "Green Factory in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry" award for 2018. Also in November 2018, Comrade Guo Zheng was honored as an "Advanced Individual" in the 2016-2017 National "Ankang Cup" competition. In December 2018, the melamine workshop was awarded the "Youth Civilized Unit" title by Changji Prefecture.
